What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send us through our forms — the adoption application, the guardian program form, and the contact form. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, phone number, city and state, and details you share about your family, home, and what you're looking for in a puppy (including, if you share them, the ages of children in your home).
We don't run advertising, we don't use tracking or analytics cookies, and we don't collect anything in the background while you browse.
Form submissions go to Billie-Jean Walker at Tillery Labradoodles and are used for one purpose: talking with you about a Tillery puppy or program. Submissions are stored securely by our website hosting provider (Netlify) so they reach us reliably.
This site links to our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and to partners we recommend (such as Baxter & Bella, pawTree, Puppy Culture, and Wash'n Zip). Those sites have their own privacy practices — once you leave our site, their policies apply, not this one.
Want to know what information you've sent us, have it corrected, or have it deleted? Just ask — email billie@tillerylabradoodles.com or call or text (910) 220-7110 and we'll take care of it.
This website is informational. Puppy reservations and purchases are governed by a written agreement made directly with Tillery Labradoodles, not by anything on this site.
