What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send us through our forms — the adoption application, the guardian program form, and the contact form. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, phone number, city and state, and details you share about your family, home, and what you're looking for in a puppy (including, if you share them, the ages of children in your home).
We don't run advertising. We do use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site — which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from (a Google search, a link from a friend, social media), and whether a form was completed. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. The information it gives us is aggregated: we see that someone in Charlotte read the pricing page, never who. We don't use it to identify you, and we don't share it. If you'd rather not be counted, Google publishes a free browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere, and blocking cookies in your browser works too.
Form submissions go to Billie-Jean Walker at Tillery Labradoodles and are used for one purpose: talking with you about a Tillery puppy or program. Submissions are stored securely by our website hosting provider (Netlify) so they reach us reliably.
This site links to our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and to partners we recommend (such as Baxter & Bella, pawTree, Puppy Culture, and Wash'n Zip). Those sites have their own privacy practices — once you leave our site, their policies apply, not this one.

This website is informational. Puppy reservations and purchases are governed by a written agreement made directly with Tillery Labradoodles, not by anything on this site.
